Wind Power!!! What is it? Where does it come from? How can it make Electricity? Join our class and find out … and make your own Wind Power!!
We will soon be starting the Saturday Science Classes, using Wind Power, popular GIGO Kit at Wells International School, Sukhumvit 51. These classes are for 5 – 8 years old children. Students from all schools can join. Classes will be taught in English.
This class involves science teaching as we need to understand what wind is, how it moves and how Turbines can convert the energy of the wind into electricity. The kit allows students to build a 1m working wind turbine that can charge rechargeable batteries. These can then be used to build a variety of vehicles driven by an electric motor.
As with all our Saturday classes, parents are very welcome to join the class as well.
