At Yamazato, the hotel’s Michelin Plate signature Japanese restaurant, Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara celebrates the festive season with exquisite Japanese Gozen and Kaiseki dinner throughout December. The festive Gozen lunch includes many dishes such as crab dumpling with a hint of yuzu soup, three kinds of sashimi, minced duck ball, daikon and spinach in soup and assorted fruits served with matcha pudding and sweet beans with egg yolk sauce, while the festive Kaiseki dinner includes sea urchin dumpling with mushroom with a hint of yuzu, four kinds of sashimi, assorted tempura with snow crab, pond smelt, sweet potato, maitake mushroom and asparagus, oyster vermicelli noodles served with dried gourd shaving sushi roll, and baked apple with matcha sauce and sweet beans served with vanilla ice cream.
Festive Gozen lunch is Baht 1,400++ per person and Festive Kaiseki dinner is Baht 4,700++ per person, available on 3 – 23 December 2018.
Make your Christmas truly memorable with delicious Japanese Gozen, Kaiseki, and Teppanyaki menus at Yamazato Restaurant. Served for lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the special dishes include simmered scallop, dried fig, shrimp with cream cheese sauce, seafood soup with eel, salmon, mussel and shrimp with hint of pepper, oyster yuzu confit with yuzu miso sauce, soft cod roe, sea urchin, grilled shiitake mushroom and salmon roe with Japanese chilli ponzu and much more created by Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara.
Christmas Gozen lunch is Baht 1,700++ per person, Christmas Kaiseki dinner is Baht 4,700++ per person and Christmas Teppanyaki served at the Teppanyaki counter is Baht 7,500++ for 2 persons, available on 24 – 25 December 2018.
Yamazato lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Enjoy sparkling Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebrations at Up & Above with a fabulous festive Dinner Buffet and Brunch with free flow Prosecco or Champagne, live music, and a visit from Santa Claus with presents for the children. The decadent buffet includes all your seasonal favourites such as roast Christmas turkey with all the trimmings, roast wagyu sirloin served with thyme jus andYorkshire pudding, lobster, crab, and oysters on ice, sushi, sashimi and other Japanese specialties, plus luscious desserts.

Champagne Christmas Eve Dinner, Baht 5,200++ per person with free flow Champagne and selected wines, local beers, and cocktails. Children, 6-12 years old, are Baht 1,200++ per person. Dinner starts from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Christmas Day Brunch on 25 December 2018 is Baht 3,200++ per person with one welcome Christmas cocktail and soft drinks. Sparkling Christmas Day Brunch, Baht 4,200++ per person with free flow Prosecco and selected wines, local beers, and cocktails. Champagne Christmas Day Brunch, Baht 5,200++ per person with free flow Champagne and selected wines, local beers, and cocktails. Children, 6-12 years old, are Baht 1,200++ per person. Brunch starts from 12 noon to 3 p.m.
Michelin-starred restaurant Elements offers special set menus for Christmas featuring signature French cuisine with Japanese influences on 24-25 December 2018. The feast includes a cornucopia of premium fresh ingredients from the land and sea sourced from the top producers in Japan and Europe, plus celebratory petits fours and much more besides to put you in the festive spirit. With an alfresco deck with fabulous city views and an open kitchen, the award-winning restaurant is the perfect venue for festive family dining.
On 24 December a 6-course menu is served during dinner from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Baht 5,600++ per person including a glass of Champagne or signature cocktail, while a 6-course menu served on 25 December from 12 noon – 9 p.m. is Baht 4,600++ including a glass of Champagne or signature cocktail.
TSUBAKI AFTERNOON TEA
Throughout December, celebrate the season of joy with friends at Up & Above Bar with a celebration of Tsubaki or Japanese camellias, a symbol of perfection and love. Guests can indulge in sweet delights that include cherry & hibiscus praline, camellia mont blanc, black forest tart, red velvet scones and Tsubaki macarons. There’s also a selection of savoury treats such as Hokkaido Tarabagani Brioche and marinated Hokkaido Salmon on Pumpernickel Bread, all served with premium illy coffee, Saro or Mariage Frères tea.
Tsubaki Afternoon Tea is available from 1 – 31 December 2018, 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. daily at Up & Above Bar. Priced from Baht 1,290++ inclusive of premium coffee or tea for 2 persons.

The two hampers are Okurimono – A Taste of Okura, at Baht 3,900 and Hoseki – A Sparkling Japanese Christmas, at Baht 5,500. We offer a complimentary delivery service for Sukhumvit, Silom, and Sathorn Roads for orders of 20 hampers or more.
