Make you Sunday special with Savelberg’s signature lunch menu, featuring 5-course menu paired with half a bottle of fine Champagne. Menu comprises the finest and freshest ingredients;
** Langoustine with different preparations of organic tomato, fried langoustines, sweet & sour cucumber, Pata Negra and clear gazpacho.
** Lukewarm oyster, saffron foam, spinach, with caviar.
** Grilled North Sea turbot, white asparagus, morels, green peas and morel. Saddle of lamb, green herb crust, garlic, eggplant, bell pepper, artichoke with lamb sauce.
** Strawberry Cremeux, lychee parfait, fresh strawberries, rose and a sparkling strawberry Champagne.
Available every Sunday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Priced at THB 4,000++ per set with half a bottle of Champagne or take an option without the half bottle of Champagne at THB 3,500++ per set.
